Ben Harrington
Managing Director
Ben Harrington has spent almost two decades working and consulting in various operational and safety roles including front line operations and senior managerial positions in the mining, chemical and oil and gas industries throughout the Australasian region.
Ben has qualifications in metallurgy and many years of operational experience in chemical plants and mining processes. He has been providing advice on operational solutions to safety challenges, including coaching of mangers in how to lead safely.
Ben’s primary expertise is the integration of risk into operational disciplines.
Ben has expanded this core safety management philosophy to include concept development, implementation and assurance of safe systems of work in complex working environments. These include:
- Operational risk management.
- Corporate critical risk control protocols.
- Operational procedures.
Ben ensures ongoing sustainability, effective application and continuous improvement of safe systems of work through the provision of ongoing training, coaching and mentoring at all levels of client organisations from the operational workforce to senior and executive management.
